I'd like to thank John R. Woodard, the Director of the NC Baptist Historical Collection, for providing this listing of 160+ Churches that have been or are currently in the Buncombe Baptist Association. This listing was compiled on January 12, 1999.

NOTE: Church names in caps indicates EXTINCT CHURCHES or Name Changes. For instance WOODLAND HILLS above became Erwin Hills. The next Woodland Hils indicate another church constituted in 1984 is still in the Buncombe Bapitst Association.
